Love this table, the character and details are definitely what make it! Any chance you have any WIP or individual shots of the train? Its an amazing focal point of the board, and yet there's almost no shots of it!
No WIPs of the train. I had made the train for one of the Iron Arena boards, and made the tracks on the BW Bridge the same scale so it could also fit here.
Hi David, This is a table I made during my time with Privateer Press. They have the table, so there's no way for me to take any new photos. You might check back through No Quarter Magazine for the battle report that featured the bridge; maybe there was a top-down view of the battlefield in there.
Thanks! They were scratch built using a 3D sculpted, resin-cast part and the Testament of Menoth's stack for the top, a Khadoran Iron Fang Uhlan blasting pike for the post, and the Winter Guard mortar for the base.
Hi Phil, The train tracks are just basswood strips with a thick styrene T-strip glued on top of them. Them a few rivets cut from a styrene rod are glued along the edges of the track.

DeleteOk, first time didn't post, but could you please do a top down photoshoot for this map? I'd like to use it in an iron kingdoms rpg game

DeleteGreat looking lampposts, are they available somewhere or did you scratch build those?

DeleteLove to know how you do the rail lines. Is that something you can share? Apologies it's an old thread.

Deletecan you tell me the scale of this beauty?
ReplyDeleteIt's for the tabletop miniatures game Warmachine, so about 28-30mm scale. The board itself is 4' x 6' and the top of the towers are about 2' tall.
